Flatline Acoustics would like to ensure our customers of our commitment to quality, reliability and durability of our products. FlatlineAcoustics is so confident in our quality that we back our products with a life time warranty. We are able to offer this warranty program based on our 11 years of speaker manufacturing experience.
Flatline Acoustics has an American quality control team that is based in our factory to insure the 100% on-line inspection of all of our products. The speaker line alone has 19 on-line testing steps to ensure that every Flatline Acoustics product meets our stringent American quality control standards.Flatline Acoustics warrants to the original retail purchaser that their product will be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the following periods.
- Lifetime Warranty on All Passive Loudspeaker Products – those not requiring AC or battery power.
- Ten years from the date of purchase All Other Passive Products – those not requiring AC or battery power.
- Five years from the date of purchase All Active Products – those requiring AC or battery power.
This warranty is not transferable, receipt of purchase required. To obtain warranty service, contact your nearest authorized Flatline Acoustics dealer. Claims made without proof of purchase will be reviewed by the local dealer to confirm if the product is a legal FlatlineAcoustics product based on labeled serial numbers. If it is shown to be a manufactures defect the dealer will be instructed to replace the product immediately with product of equal or greater value.
This warranty does not cover reimbursement for your costs of removing and transporting the product for warranty service evaluation, or installation of any replacement product provided under this warranty.
This Warranty will be void if:
- the Serial Number on the product has been removed, tampered with or defaced.
- the product was not purchased from an authorized dealer or reseller.
- goods acquired on a secondary or grey market
- counterfeit or stolen goods
Notwithstanding the above, if you qualify as a “consumer” under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or applicable state laws, then you may be entitled to any implied warranties allowed by law for the Warranty Period. Further, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so such limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Please fill in your product information card provided with every Flatline Acoustics product and retain for your records. This product card includes your serial numbers that are specific to your product and will be required for the warranty process.
