About Flatline
Flatline Acoustics is a 11 year old American owned company with offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China. Our proprietary brand name, Flatline Acoustics, includes more than 70 models covering architectural speakers, outdoor speakers, Infrared products, internet radio and accessories.There are multiple levels of quality of components used to suit any budget or installation.
Our American based China team is always working on new products as well as listening to our customers so that we can develop new products to meet their needs.
Flatline Acoustics was established in 2000 and built on giving our dealers the best product possible at the most competitive price in the market. We are the manufacturer here in China which translates to profits directly to the bottom line of our distributors. The simple fact of eliminating 2 or 3 middle men can make a big difference in the costs.
Flatline Acoustics is manufactured in the same facility as many of the large USA custom install brand names. Check the packaging of your current product, is will say “MADE IN CHINA”. While other companies buy from China, they rely on 3rd party inspection companies or the factory quality control systems. Our American team has lived here long enough to see so many failures by other companies. That is the main reason we keep our American team on line full time here in China to guarantee our consistent quality. Just ask some of our current distributors!
Flatline Acoustics has implemented quality control procedures at our factory in order to make sure we get the best outcome every time. From PIQC “Parts Incoming Quality Control” to on-line assembly process controls and AQL testing upon completion.
Flatline Acoustics is now distributed to more than 40 countries through an exclusive distributor network.We continue to add more dealers each month. Quality Control
GBD helps manufactures to bridge the gap with our American management and American quality control team on site. Combined with our Chinese management team we are able to control the entire business cycle from payment to production to logistics.
Flatline Acoustics is the beneficiary of our combined American / Chinese team. We control all aspects of quality. We start from incoming parts quality control to on line assembly and test ing to final AQL. Every production run is overseen by our American team to make sure the american eyes are watching and confirming that the product is made to the agreed specifications.
China Manufacturing
The main reason to manufacture in China is costs savings, without compromise to quality. Global Brands Development (GBD) is the owner of Flatline Acoustics and have been involved in manufacturing in China since 2000.
The American owners and management team of GBD have lived full time in China and been involved in China manufacturing since 1995. Manufacturing in China is the only choice for all speaker manufactures due to cost constraints and no local component manufacturing of parts. The key issue to success in China is to have our American team on the ground in China to insure our consistent quality. The current custom install brands you are buying are made in China, just check the packaging. The main brand names in the global market today are manufactured in the top 8 factories in China.
